Who Are We Looking For?

You do not need to be in good shape to start. This program is designed for beginners!

  • Must be willing to come to our facility 3 days per week.
  • Must commit to the entire 6 weeks. The first week is brutal. We need people who will be here at the end to reap the benefits of all this hard work.
  • Must have the discipline to apply our nutrition plan. This is critical. We have a program that is tested and it works, but only if you follow it!
  • Must enjoy working in a group environment. The energy at our gym is infectious. When it's positive energy, there's nothing better. But negative energy spreads too.
  • Must be committed to making this change. This will not work if the coaches and I want to see you reach your goals more than you do!
  • Must leave your ego at home. This is a place where hard work is respected. It is a humbling experience that we've all been through.
  • This is not a ``biggest loser`` type challenge. Not everybody will be coming in with the goal of weight loss. All transformations are welcome.
  • Must respect the rules of the gym. They're in place to set the culture. The culture is in place to give you the best workout experience possible.

Summer

Why?

This programs goal is to give you more than just a sweaty workout.  We’re looking for 15 people who are ready to commit, ready to work, and ready to make a lasting change.

While we spend the six weeks working on nutrition and exercise, what’s really important is the community, structure, and accountability with a focused program on you and what you want.

Maybe it’s to lose weight, maybe it’s get stronger, maybe it’s just get an opportunity to get it back, or maybe it’s just to relieve stress, but everyone is there dedicated to those six weeks and everyone is there because they want to get better.

What is it?

  • It starts with orientation day where we will start you off with a fitness assessment and body composition analysis to customize the program to your wants and needs.
  • 3 – 1 hour sessions a week packed with workouts designed to burn fat and while improving endurance, flexibility, strength, agility, and coordination!
  • Flexible nutrition plans (seriously, we can’t stand the food guilting any more)
  • Fitness and lifestyle strategies that actually work
  • Great coaches that keep you motivated and accountable.
  • A built in community there to support you and your goals

You walk away with tons of information and strategies that will help you make your health and fitness goals come to life.

This program has taken over 2 years to develop and we’re confident it is the best.

We’re only looking for those that want to and are ready to take on this challenge.  You don’t need to be experienced, fit, or athletic but you have to be ready to commit, work hard, and work with others.
