If missed part one, here it is: Pistol Archetype Part 1, in part 2 we’re going to focus more on the hips and get that area cleaned up.  Find the things that make you feel the best, and seem to clear up restrictions and piece them together into a routine that works for you.  Kind of an “a la cart” mobility situation.  There is more, but our phones only have so much memory for videos.  If you need some specific help for your issues or things just aren’t feeling right, reach out to one of our mobility specialists.
