Sport Specific Training:       

  • For those that want a program designed specifically for them and their sport.  Get one on one attention to better service your specific needs.  We can schedule these sessions around your availability.

Private Small Group Training:

  • This is a great option for groups of friends or teammates that would like a program designed for their specific needs.  Ideally groups of 2-12 people with similar goals and schedules.  We have helped wedding parties, softball teams, and high school, college and professional athletes reach their health and fitness goals.
